The line is "Take care, T.C.B" - which stands for "Takin' Care of Business" - Aretha and her sisters (who sang backup on her records) wanted to throw a couple of pieces of current Detroit slang into the record, so they added the "T.C.B" and "Sock It To Me" bits at the end of the song.
