you need a prescription from your physician first and the pill is 99.9% reliable.. as long as you are faithful in taking them according to the directions. Missing doses puts you at risk for pregancy

They are not 100% reliable. Nothing is. I got pregnant with my first son while taking the pill religiously every single day at the same time of day.
If you want them you'll need to go to a doctor and get a prescription.

they are about 99% reliable if taken at the same time every day. you get them from your doctor, or a walk in clinic. they cost somewhere around $20 a month. and it generally takes 2 or 3 months for them to be completely effective. So, always use a condom as wel. l if you are under the age of consent in your state/province, you will need your parents' permission to get them. Make an appointment with your doctor and talk to him/her about it.

If you are in the uk you can either get them from the family planning clinic or GP. It is important to follow the instructions given to you and ask any questios. It depends on the actual pill prescribed how you take it but it is important to take them at the same time everyday and if you are sick, have diarrhoea or on antibiotics other methods must be used i.e condom hope this helps
