White or cream come to mind. It would depend on what the outfit was. If say it was a navy blue sweater, it would look nice with khakis. A navy blue sleeveless shirt would look cute with white capris.

white, creme, khaki, brown, different shades of blue (baby blue, aqua), hunter green, red. The real answer is how you wear the two colors together. If you're going for a conservative casual look, I would stray way from bright colors, and stick with neutral or bold color combinations. If you're trying to go for a fun, young, fashion-forward look, I would play with different shades of blue, reds, greens, purples.

a nice grass green goes well with navy blue and so does a nice sun yellow but that might be a tad to bright!

you're a soccer player, right?
so you mean, this if for your uniform?
Inasmuch as it's a dark shade, I think navy blue pairs well with a light color or lighter shade such as powder blue or brown gold or white gold..
it's a plus point too because the shimmering color of gold will distract your opponents... lol
