They are certainly in the top 5 best. I would also include Dean Martin and Jerry Lewis, along with Abbott and Costello. And Lucy and Ethyl too.

I'm partial to Groucho & Chico - not technically a double act, but their best scenes were the ones with just the two of them ("Why a duck? Why-a no chicken?" "The party of the first part . . ."; "Tootsie Frootsie ice cream")
