today has been a really BAD day..
i feel that so many things are going wronge...
and some other things that..i dont really want to type on here..cuase..it would take a long time..
so pleasee cheer me up..
make me be happy again..

btw, iv tried watching movies, cleaning my room,watching tv,taking a shower,calling my freinds, and eating.. but i still feel bad..

yea.first my day started out bad when i went to the dentist and they got rid of the cavity.and they put it to sleep with this huge needle ..and they pushed it in SOOOOOOOOOOOOO HARD ..and i started crying lol cuase it hurt so much ..and..then ..alot of little bad things happend..that..make me mad/sad..but mostly sad..
and..earlier i started crying cuase i felt so bad..then i took a shower and now im here..
SOMEtimes i just wish i had a different family.. :/

Don't worry about it. It's not your fault. Just keep on smiling, listen to music that you like. Eat chocolate, ice cream, and other things. Just relax. It's OK to cry if you want to. it's normal for teenagers to go through things like this. Feel better.

When I have those days and nothing seems to work, I go in my room, grab a teddy bear or pillow, lie down and cry. And I'm 28 years old! Sometimes you just have to get it all out. I feel tired and drained afterward, but my mood is usually better. I then either take a nap, or just go to bed and start over the next day. Good luck honey, you'll be okay. =)

When I have a bad day I turn on some good music and take a nice long hot bath (If my son is taking a nap), or I go out for a walk. Exercise is great for getting your mind off your troubles.

are you always this sad because if you are you could have a hormonal imbalence or depression you may need to see a doctor for treatment. its nothing to be ashamed of but if today is jsut a bad day then relax because tomarrow is almost here and you will have a fresh start.

I was there...
but I believe in God so that REALLY helped
wish I could make you happy, but it will only sound like that psychobably BS and lord knows we all sick of that....
my friend got a punch bag installed in her room for days like this, it's right by her door, I found out it wasn't there for exercise purposes when I walked into her room one day and almost got my face flattened.

Dunn worry, I feel that every minute, prolly because I'm a hardcore pessimist.
Anyway, just try to live through it, you don't need to perform any action to make you happy, just sit there and do something, play a game online, talk to yourself, curse people which you hate, and stuff like that.
I play simpler, time/skill-based games, and keep trying to improve my time and push myself across my previous limits. If they get boring, I play other, more fun-oriented games.

I'm sorry your day has been total crap. Remember to keep it in prepective, it happens to all of us.
An elephant is walking through a jungle, when he comes across a naked man at the edge of a clearing...the elephant stops, looks the man over and says...."how in the heck to you eat with that thing?"
