I don't think it matters what age you are - its wrong and you need to tell someone about it and have something done to stop it. forget the ignorant people on this site.
Good Luck!

Well, if you're 19, you do have the option to leave, whether it's an easy option or not. Someone under 18 simply does not have that option at all. That's the key difference. Plus, you don't have to necessarily move out. You could try pushing back. You don't have to let him do it. If all else fails, hurt him back, badly. I'm not joking here, you've entered into some serious territory and you cannot just sit back and let people do things like this to you. Here are some other ideas:
1. Show up at his job and make a big scene about it in front of all his co-workers. (Idea: scream "YOU RAPED ME!" at the top of your lungs during lunch hour).
2. Call the cops and tell them he raped you. Depending on local laws, "inappropriate touching" may qualify. Whether or not you can make charges stick, you can smear his reputation through the dirt.
3. Put up his picture around the neighborhood, announcing that he is a sex offender.
4. Violence. (I mean you, get violent).

This is a very serious matter. First you need to confront him regarding his incorporate touching. If your mom lives there in the home you need to make her aware even if it hurts, or fear that she will be upset with you. It matters not how old you are if you are not consenting it's rape. You have no idea how many other family members, friends, or co-workers he could be doing this too. If he does not stop you need to take legal action. First of all he is considered a rapist and should be treated as such. It is your responsibility at this point to put him on blast and the loud speaker as he most definitely needs help. Anyone in their right mind does not go around touching others and violating their bodies or any other personal property.

Some people don't respect others and sounds like your step dad is a jerk. Most women have had to deal with this on some occasion, but for you it is in a place that should be safe. It isn't so, you will have to find a way to move out. Do you have a family member you could live with or find a room mate to rent with. Try to solve the problem. Take charge of your life. You can do it.

Just tell the sick sumbeach to leave you alone or you will tell your real father. If your real father isn't around, an uncle will do nicely. Uncles or Aunts will usually take care of the problem. Secretly set up a video camera to catch him doing it, so you will have future proof to show the cops. His advances will continue and escalate unless you tell someone who can stop him. Good luck little one, I wish you the best !

maybe the others looked at your past questions and though as I do that you are basically making fun of what is to some a VERY real problem.
Just look back at some of your questions posed and if this is what you are doing / thinking / behaving in general I believe that you do not know what boundaries are nor use them.
Oh and if others think I am being mean PLEASE go a view some of her 386 questions that she has posed.
You also state VERY clearly that you date people of a much older age and sexually tease them constantly so just exactly WHAT level of sympathy do you require...............
Tell the police but all they would have to do is look at your past / current behavior to establish a pattern.

i dont know if you would but you must do something - if nothing changs nothing changes - you must do something about it.
have you told your mom or some other family figure?
if they dont believe u then you must go to the cops about it - it is an illigal act done by an adult who is way off track - if you do nothing about it it can get worse - possibly rape - and if that happens and you do not go to the cops - well let's just say it may be an every day or week occurance. do something - it is your body and it is not his to touch and in no way is it acceptable by
your mom or the authorities. do something quick.

I continue to have sympathy for your position, but knowing now that you're over 18 does remove the Violation against a Minor concern we were having earlier.
The thing is, now, he's not breaking the law by touching you, he's violating your trust, your private space, his wife's expectations of him, etc, but not the law, per se...
Now, if you threaten him with the law, they can kick you out of the house. You're in a jam. Isn't there anywhere else you can move to?...
