I'd say bed, more comfortable, not likely to get a bad neck. But if you snooze on the bed may turn in to a deep sleep, and not wake up when you wanted to. Depends on how tired you are and if you need to wake up to do something Else.

I tend to like to have a nap on the top of the bed, if I sleep on the sofa I always wake up with a bad neck.
Plus, on the bed you can have an afternoon nap with someone else!

having slept on both (long story) i,d opt 4 the bed. then u dont have 2 worry about if u drop off of 1 side etc when u roll. a bed is more comfortable as well.

I would say bed...sofa's are not made for lying on and dont give you support for your back.
