yep and i also agree. my boyfriends nan who is 70 looks fantastic her skin is amazing i asked her what her secret was and she said never to smoke and olay ...... always been olay she says

Definitely stay with the economical stuff.
From what I have seen on some consumer type reports on TV the $100 stuff doesn't work any better than the $5 stuff. Just lots of pseudo "fancy ingredients", hype, and some pretty good perfumes for the nose.

You gotta know though: nothing is going to get rid of the wrinkles completely.

If you smoke -Stop ! There is a strong link between smoking and skin damage. You might try a cheap and cheerful moisturising cream ( Nivea etc) but there is no sense spending a lot of money. Another suggestion is to increase your fluid intake ( water ) as most people don't not drink enough water and are dehydrated. Try and stay happy too to keep the wrinkles at bay.

Olay is very good and works on all skin types. but i would suggest when you go to buy one go to the cosmetic counter and ask for some advice they are quilified and would give you a free consultation and that way you get pampered alittle too in the process.

Rovisome q10 nano cream ,VIT Ecream,Macrocystis Pyrifeara Extract essence cream from alga. take some Selenium SE by capsule or have more broccoli,mushrooms, cucumber,onion,garlic,cabage .Alfafa .Marine fish oil(marine collagen from finland) by capsule. drink more water will very help full,the cost not much u should try.

Get stuff with retinol in it (vitamin A) a lot of beta-carotene in your diet will help too. Beta-carotene is a double molecule of vitamin A.
