well i work for toyota , and i i stay behind it , there are many reasons why to get 1
first they made in japan 100 persent so the girl that left the other answer about poor crafsmanship she dnt know,
tc offers you many other features for less than the price of a si . beside scion has a pure price standar wich it wont allow any dealer to mark up the price , thats why they are cheaper in price not quality, and honda is over priced , i guaranty you you wint find a si for less than 21.000
tc has 17 inch alloy wheels two sunroofs , and the radios is mp3/wmaplayer withan ipod option ,put it this way i drive a tc and is a smooth ride , very responsive and my friend sold his civic to get a tc , besides hondas are over rated ,
good luck , get out there and drive one , by the way they dont have any bugs , this car is been out for 2 years so toyota got rid of the minor bugs.
tc has 160 horse power with 160 lbs of torque it has a 2.3 liter engine (same as camry)and 4 wheel disk brakes with abs also the rear seat recline and it much more spacius then hondas

Yo, oldsohm is right. The tC is a cool little car, and you should go test drive one. Scion won't try and push a car on you if you go there. The Scion people don't do much actually. They answer questions and otherwise just hang around until someone tells them they want to buy it. Best car buying experience I ever had.

If Scion follows it's 3 year scheme, 07 will be the last year of the tC, like 06 is the last year of the xB. I've test driven the tC and I think it outclasses the Si in many ways.

I am a big car kind of guy. I have always owned big cars, and I always enjoyed just fitting in. The Hondas and Toyotas and Mazdas that I test drove just never excited me. Scion changed that. In my driveway right now is my Crown Vic, pushing out 383hp at the rear wheels, and a stock, plain jane xB. I like driving the Scion more.

Don't listen to the haters (like that crackhead who answered first and obviously don't know nothing). Like Scion says... 'What moves you.'

If you like the looks of the TC then get one. They are very reliable cars. All Scions are just rebadged Toyotas. The XB is a Toyota Bb in Japan. Toyotas are quickly becoming the number 1 automaker in the world, so I highly doubt that there is going to be any problems with them. My only problem with it is that it is too heavy, but I am into racing so it shouldn't matter too you much. I think you will really like the car!!

Toyotas are extremely reliable and Toyota makes Scion (and Lexus), so I would assume Scions are reliable
