4. Shopping when sad upset hungry.

5. On line browsing and placing multiple items in the shopping cart for later

6. Buying tons of magazines, circling or earmarking the pages for stuff you want to buy.

7. substituting shopping for other emotions.

Do not spending money you do not have. In a way counting your eggs before they hatch. Attributing the same i.e $100.00 time and time again ( will get you no were). And by the time you do get the money it has already been spent 5x over. Spend with only have you have, cash or debt. Cut all credit cards. Keep one card and keep it in a high security safe deposit box. The spending only

4. Lying about how much things cost, to yourself and others.
This might be the worst delusion of all.

If you think you have a problem you probably do. There are groups for this that can really make a difference, its better to be a shamed a little then to have a huge debt hang over you.

They never have any money, they always ask what's in your account, they don't have many material things to show for the amount of money they had or they have too many useless things. There are more probably.

when your spending out does your income and your using food and bill money take a back seat and you keep lying to yourself that you'll make it up and never do
