You can REMOVE the hard drive in the INFECTED computer, then install that into a computer that IS protected. Then RUN the full scan to remove the virus.
Get AVG if you don't have the time or money to get another anti-virus license or disk. Visit http://www.grisoft.com/doc/1
In general, if you do not have Anti-virus and use the internet, then you WILL HAVE a Virus.

You'll have to order an anti-virus on CD to take care of the virus if you can't access the internet. If you could get on the internet, there are many good free software. I'm wondering if you could download one of these on a CD and then get it on your computer? You could at least try this method, before you purchase one.

If you have antivirus protection on your good computer, take the disk and install it on your computer with the virus (this is allowed, usually when you purchase a program you are licensed to use it on up to 3 personal computers). Most AV prorams will scan for viruses before begining install anyway.

Some viruses can be removed manually, some can't, Use one of your computers which is still working and find some security forums.
http://www.bleepingcomputer.com/ is one/ They will be able to tell you what you need to know. alternatively you could download one of the free anti virus programs , onto you other program, save it to a disk, and down load it onto the computer with the problems.

Down load a free virus remover from download.com. You may have to pay after 30 days, but there are a lot of free ones.
