Oh, No. I feel really sick.
How could anybody do a thing like that? It sounds as if the guy was trying to explain or say he was sorry, but had a damaged larynx and was using an artificial voice box.
I am sorry for you because you have obviously not developed beyond a bratty two-year-old mentality. You'd be amazed how good it feels to grow up.

Assaulting disabled individuals does not reflect a rational perspective. One could certainly ask the person why your foot was struck. You may be lucky that in fact no one witnessed your action and determined to teach you some manners. I challenge you to spend a day in a wheel chair. This experience might prove very enlightening.

I was walking on the side walk in winter. The side walks where not completely cleared. Im carrying a pail and shoulder bag. An old dude in a motorized chair is coming down the side walk towards me. I have bad hips even though I look young. He didnt slow down and give me time to move to the side snow banks just plowed right at me and drove over my left heel. I smacked him in his head with the empty plastic pail and gave him hell. He tried to get sympathy from surrounding citizens but no one payed him any mind as it was obvious he was just a jack ***.

"Yesterday I was thinking about a new theory for the Big Bang, suddenly I rolled over a man's foot. I was too surprised, so I was going to say sorry but he got up and punched me in the face and pushed me over. I don't know but people are strange today."

this question sounds made up but if you are actually being serious then you should have just been the more mature person and walked away. Why would you hurt someone that can't even defend themselves? your lucky that no one did anything to you

i think that beating up a blind guy would be the main morally incorrect ingredient to do reason there is no way he can take care of himself a minimum of the guy interior the wheel chair can tell who's robbing him

You're bragging, not asking a question. You get off on confrontation and throwing your weight around. I'd say grow up, but your avatar name suggests that you never will.

Depends of the perspective.....
I believe that you didnt nothing wrong, because you show that you trate to him as the same as someone with able body.. something that they really worried about.
But.... many will tell you that is not fair do that 'cauze the poor guy can not fight as you.
More than that.. i think that you did a happy day to that guy....
