people keep emailing me crap about winning there lottery or flooding me there problems and how they need to get in touch with me to give me money I keep using my spam bottom but it seems more and more letters keep coming I never been to a site signing up for lotteries I do i make it stop

Your internet service provider (I.S.P.) should have a good spam filter. If not consider switching. Also there are many commercial filters available. I haven't received a Nigeria letter in 6 months.

set up a hotmail account or something that you can use if you ever need to sign up for something online, this way you can treat this as a temporary email that you wont be bothered if it gets full of spam.
also, never reply to one of these spam emails, even just to complain or even if they have a link that looks like 'remove me from the mailing list' kinda thing, as replying to these emails simply confirms that your email address is live.

in mail room click on options.. it will delete your spam and continue 2 delete spam as it comes in.. try it..

some systems, for mail have a option for junk mail.
check it out.
