run 7.6 miles on a very muddy forest trail that feature two creek crossings of about 20 feet total, one very long steep uphill, one long rope assissted steep down hill, and many small hills, about 2 miles worth of open meadow also.

I do have the proper trail shoes for it. Average 5k time for this year is about 26 minutes, average marathon time 4:30. I am 40 years old. This survey will be resolved late tomorrow afternoon, after I get home from the race.

if you do not care, do not answer, simple as that....

I'm going to say I hr 45 (metric conversion gets me every time) but I'm only making a guess. One thing I am sure of is when the run is over you're still gonna have those legs. Yowsa. Now that is the last time I will mention them. Good luck in the race.

1 hour, 43 minutes and 18 seconds. I'm assuming your 5k treks are much easier terrain. Good luck and have fun.

Tree-fitty.

If that fails, 1 hour and 16 minutes.

I won't comment on your legs, but may they carry you safely back to harbour later.

Good luck!

Edit: Ooooh, I feel so 007! Hee hee! Careful cross dem creeks!

I'll say for your race about 45 minutes...
