well basically, you have a row of 3 houses and below 3 power stations- gas, electricity, water. you basically have to join all the three houses up with the three stations using lines without crossing over other lines.

Yes it is possible... You have to remember these are houses and not points on a bit of paper... pipes can after all be placed underneath a house and that's when this riddle becomes not only possible but quite easy...

It isn't possible on a bit of paper with random squares representing each building as you wont pass through them to connect things...

Anyway i think I am making as little sense as the initial questions lol

Here is a link that might help those who didn't understand the question and those who want the answer.

Take care all!

I don't think it's possible. The higher maths guys will know - it's something to do with vectors or some such. You can get two to the three, but then they become "closed" so the third won't go to the last house........

.....exit mumbling and waffling........

First one is: that is achievable to stay for 3 days. considering that his holiday began on Friday, his first day had to be on friday, the 2nd on saturday, and the 0.33 one on sunday. so as that is 3 days and a couple of nights. 2nd one is: no longer something. 0.33 one is: there is not any stairs
