I haven't, but my brother has. He was on an episode of Elimidate last year.

An extra in the Hulk Hogan show 'Thunder in Paradise' from 92-93. It was fun. I got paid 120$ for one day of sitting around. Only had to work about 15 minutes and that was walking through the woods with about 100 other extras. There is food and you get to meet some interesting people. If there are open auditions near you I suggest you try it. You never know who they are looking for.
I was also in a couple commercials and a movie. I got to meet Kirk Douglas and James Coburn.

Okay, this is going to date me, but if you've never heard of this show, maybe not. I was on the Captain Shipwreck show. They showed cartoons, and during the breaks, Captain Shipwreck would talk to the little kiddies, me being one of them. They also had a contest to see who had the best smile (I beat my sister at that one and won a giant Sugar Daddy sucker!)
