Couple of things:
If you wear foundation- make sure it is oil free.
Use a face wash customized for oily skin.
Use pressed powder throughout the day to dry the oil.

a woman ought to continually moisturize!! on your case, you should apply an oil loose moisturizer with a sunscreen. in case you've a tendency to get brilliant by the day, i advise that you take advantage of a toner interior the midst of the day to remove that oil from the floor, yet later on practice moisturizer back because you've genuinely bumped off the moisturizer you position on before interior the day. Moisturizing received't make your epidermis worse in case you take advantage of an oil loose moisturizer. seek for a moisturizer that announces noncomedogenic, which means that it received't clog your pores and reason you to get blemishes. Being 14, your hormones are going loopy immediately! So having oily epidermis isn't out of the classic. merely be confident you take advantage of the right products, tone your epidermis, and moisturize, and also you may commence to word a huge difference. i am hoping I helped you. solid luck!!

Use one of those facial masks that contain clay, usually "Kaolin" clay. Clinique and Origins (department store brands) have ones and drug store chains have them too. Apply, leave on for 5-30 minutes, then wash off. Use it everyday if you can. I have the same problem, and it works wonders. You can also use a "shine-reducing" moisture product, also available almost everywhere. Some are really strong and they will totally matify your skin for the better part of the day. Good luck!

Lots of the suggestions given before mine are great, but Mommyk32 and lovelife's suggestions combined are what you should try.

Using a mattifer helps (I use Neutrogena).

Oil free moisturizers and foundation are what you want to use too.

I think I'll try the blotting papers, since everyone recommended them so highly :)
I've heard of them, but never tried them before.

I also use Neutrogena's "Clear Pore Treatment" (a nighttime gel) that you put on before bedtime. That really works well too.

Good luck ;)

Maybelline sells these packages of white blotting papers really cheap. They are made to press against the skin and soaks up the excess oil. ALso try Cornsilk powder if you wear makeup. You can carry the papers in your pocket.

use blotting papers.., I think they're better than applying oil-absorbing powder b/c the papers soak up the oil without messing up you makeup and without depositing any powder & stuff onto your face. If your face is oily, why ADD more product? Just use the papers to get rid of the oil...

You can buy oil sheets, they are thin sheets that you press on your face and it collects the oil! They are great, and you can buy them at Target or Walmart in the face care section. And carry them with you where ever you go!
Also you can use powder to keep the shine down!!!

well, an oil absorbing foundation would help, and be sure to keep your face moisturized. removing oil just creates more, so moisturizing helps. also, try some products designed for oily skin.

My skin is the same way. You may have oily skin just like me. You might want to use some lotion that isn't greasy. Something that isn't sticky either. Like Luber...I can't remember how to spell it, lol. I'm sorry. But best of luck
