At six months it's okay to do that, it can get uncomfortable, but there's a LOT of room in there for baby to move around still.

It's hard not to lay on your stomach at times. I'm 6 mos and find myself doing the same thing. One thing that has worked in the past was using a couple of body pillows that I prop up next to me. So I wouldn't roll over onto my back, and I wouldn't roll over onto my stomach, or try sleeping on the couch with your back against the back rest. Hope that helps!!

It is perfectly fine, there is a lot of cushion so you are not hurting your baby. You will know when you can no longer do that since it will become impossible. I am a stomach sleeper too and cant wait till after the baby is born so I can get back on my stomach and have a good night sleep. By the way when you get bigger a body pillow may be somewhat helpful.

As long as you are comfortable it shouldn't hurt anything--but soon you will probably start to get UNcomfortable. I was the same way, the only way I can sleep is on my stomach so I got a maternity pillow that wraps all the way around my body and it is the best best investment I ever made.

my doc has said that as long as u are still comfortable u can sleep on your stomach. More power to u because when i was 5 months i had to stop sleeping on my stomach. Enjoy the sleeping on the stomach because as soon as u can't do it anymore u will have to start sleeping on your sides, which to me is very uncomfortable.

That's probably why you're waking up - your body is telling you that something's not right & you need to change your position.

Get more pillows. This will help prevent you from rolling all the way over.

It shouldn't hurt the baby, which is floating in a nice pool of amniotic fulid. It will get uncomfortable for you eventually, and you will stop,

no, its not bad. It may give you a sore back. Just sleep with a pillow under one hip as often as possible.
