Manga: All Yuu Watase's mangas like Fuushigi Yugi, Ceres Celestial Legend, Imadoki, Alice 19th, and Absolute Boyfriend, Red River( favorite of them all), MARS(2nd favorite), Marmalade Boy, From Far Away, Happy Hustle High, Fruits Basket, Vampire Game, and the list goes on and on...
Anime: Naruto(favorite of em all), Inuyasha, Ayashi ni Ceres, Fuushigi Yugi, MARS(live action), Mermaid Melody Pichi Pichi Pitch, Tokyo Mew Mew, Samurai Champloo, Super Gals, Kodocha, Fruits Basket, Marmalade Boy, and the list goes on..

So many to choose from, well at the moment my favourite manga is probably Banana Fish, King of Hell, Descendant of Darkness, fruits basket or Hana Kimi (all very different I know). My favourite anime probably Saiyuki, Naruto, Rurouni Kenshin, Neon Genesis Evangelion or Gundam Seed.
Don't know why but I like Shonen anime and shojo manga.

Fullmetal Alchemist: Brotherhood is the most suitable anime. in my opinion, it truly is not defeated.

my current favorite anime is Full Metal Alchemist, but I like lots of anime; Trinity Blood, Inuyasha, Bleach, Ghost in the Shell (movie & series); my favorite anime movie right now is Appleseed (though I haven't seen the new FMA movie yet!)
right now I'm reading Bleach, Death Note, Naruto, and Ghost Hunt manga

I have many favorites!
Full Metal Alchemist, Naruto, Inuyasha, Trinity Blood, Eureka 7, Cowboy Bebop, Saiyuki, D. Gray-Man, Rouroni Kenshin, Wish, all Yu-Gi-Oh, One Piece, Trigun, Scared, Wolf's Rain, Samurai Champloo, and about 20 or so more.
