I love all animals but cats are my favorite

I love all animals and have three male rats right now. I do have a dog and cat though, I must say though that I am more of a dog person than a cat person. Dogs just tend to be way more loyal, they're a better companion, and they're more interactive with their owners as well as other people.

I love cats...look at my name! She was my first and very smart. However I became deathly allergic to cats. My doctor said, "it you or the cat." So now I have dogs that don't shed. I had 3 at one time and now have two. I was looking at another just yesterday and almost buckled but thought walking 3 dogs is a little much. I still thing about it though. I do thank God for creating these creatures for our enjoyment though...what a sense of humor.

Definetely a dog person. Dogs are sooooooooooooo playful, you can teach them tricks and people use them for loads of things like rat hunting, sniffing out drugs ( at the airport ), and the most reasent study showed that dogs are able to sniff out cancer. And cats well they cant do much if you think about it, oh besides sleeping ALL day, scratching, wining.

I like cats,
dogs I find require WAY too much attention and I already have a husband and a 5 month old daughter.

I'm a dog person all the way. I have had dogs all my life and enjoy they're company so much. My dog is a maltese and his name is popcorn. I'm not sure why, but I don't really like cats. They don't seem as loyal as dogs. A dog is always by your side.

I like cats a lot. We had a cat that killed RATTLESNAKES around our house --gotta love a cat that will do that for you.
But I'm a lifelong dog lover. Woof! I can still remember trusting the family german shepherd to guard me when I was a toddler.
I own my second Australian cattle dog now -- the first one lived nearly 14 years.
