You could use the % of people that are religious to get a very close guess. If you are not religious then you don't believe in the supernatural and would not be superstitious. My understanding is that 75% of the people in the USA are religious and it is close to the same if you grouped the whole world. I am sure some places would be more or less.

i think it's same everywehre
and education & social status has no influence on it . i see very educated persons sometimes so superstitious
