Caution: I would like to add that in reality nothing is free. One needs to pay something if not cash then in kind. Such sites which claim for distributing things free tend to send adware, spyware, malware or any other such thing which may prove harmful to computer or mobile phone. It's file sharing. Users allow their files to be uploaded by other users. The most popular files are music. Limewire isn't in the same troubles as Kazaa (as of yet) because its user supported. You can pay for Limewire (faster downloads, easier searching, no ads, things like that.)

Kazaa is bundled software. Meaning, they give you a whole bunch of crap you don't needwant in your computer. (spyware, etc..)
Limewire works pretty good and is not bundled software. (No extra crap to muck up your computer) BUT the content is sketchy at times. A lot of the songs you find are screwed up (like 50 minutes of dead air) and there is no way to truly find out until it's fully d/l.
I would reccomend bittorrent. Not only is it fast as hell, but you can d/l entire albums at 1 time instead of looking for each song individually like on other peer 2 peer sites.
Check out www.bittorrent.com and find some online FAQ's to figure out how to useit. (It's set up differently than others...there's one small d/l, then you actually d/l searches called "torrents" to connect to the files)

NOOOOOOOOOOOO kazaa HAS viruses it sucks i rather have my limewire its much better

limewire is stealling. itis bad, don do it, how would u like it if sum1 came in2 ur house and stole everythin u owned, its bad cuz its stealin and stealins bad. ont do limewire

they are somewhat alike. they both allow you to download songs so use whichever one that you perfer the most.
