Yah they will. But only CLIP the primaries, if you really don't know what you are doing have a vet or a pet shop do it. It really isn't that expensive to have it done. But if you do it and clip too much or the wrong spot the bird will beel to death. It takes a few months for the wings to grow back.

Birds generally moult a couple of times a year. When your bird moults, all of the feathers that you trim will grow in new and full length.

If you plan on keeping your tiel clipped, be prepared to have to clip him periodically and make sure a professional shows you how to do it properly! An improper wing trim can cause injury or even death! Once you have been shown proper technique, it is safe to clip them yourself at home.

Yes they will. We have had about 9 cockatiels. We clipped their wings & in about 1 month or a lil less we had to do it again.

Yes they will. It's just like cutting your finger nails. But you probably shouldn't cut them yourself. Take your bird to the vet or pet shop because if you cut too far you might hurt the bird.

yes they will grow back but I seggust you take he/she to the vet because if you clip one to far up your bird can bleed to death seeing you wrote this you most likly are not experienced with clipping wings take your bird to the VET!:)

Yes, just don't cut them to short that may hurt your bird (Thats what happened when my sister cut my birds wings...)
