Well you have implied that we are in a bull market without giving any reasons. We could well be in a long term bear market. To anoint a new bull market the SP must break thru 1350 with high volume and positive investor sediment. A feeling of a new era would help. With housing, gold and energy stocks on the run a new down era might well be dawning.
