my parents have him they have did nothing but lie to him they harrassed me before he was born it was a living hell with these people she messed her son up he's nothing and thats what shes doing to mine he drinks smokes does drugs and hes 15 yrs old they only want him for the welfare check now they are trying to say hes crazy to get him on disability , im disabled and i cant pay support anymore and she lies to the courts giving false names besides his real daddys name so he cant get him so they are only coming after me . i dont ever as long as i live want anything to do with her and dealing with my son i have to deal with the lies she's told him , so i dont want to deal with any of it . shes mean rude nasty hatefull cruel mental and i could go on but im sure u get the picture.

I think you should be getting him out of there. He is your son and therefore your responsability.

You can file an emancipation order at the court house, relieving you of all responsibility involving that child, or you can hire an attorney to file it 4u...Good luck, and do it soon.

i would do what rocketman said. get a good lawyer and fight .
