Depends on what is said.
Since the fact of the matter is, all people talk about when it comes to Clinton, is his bj, it gets deleted a lot.
Now, when talking about the thousands of negatives of Bush, it doesn't get deleted because it's truth and not slander.

At level 4 now, I have never seen any indication that Yahoo leans one way or the other politically, or that they delete ANYTHING unless it is EXTREMELY abusive.
