Find two values which satisfy the following:

Square pyramid number + 1 = Tetrahedral number

(Square pyramid numbers are made up of consecutive squares, i.e. 1 + 4 + 9 + 16... for each layer of the pyramid. Tetrahedral numbers are made up of consecutive triangular numbers, i.e. 1 + 3 + 6 +10 +15... for each layer of the triangle-based pyramid.)

One of the answers is 55 and 56. What is the other??

Another is 285 and 286
285= 1+4+9+ ... +81
286= 1+3+6+ ... +55+66

0 and 1 because 0^2=0 and 1 is the first layer.

0+1=1
