I don't think so. I'm thinking that you're talking about the types of presentation shown in Tufte's books. A journal on GIS and Cartography might be interested, if it includes spatial data. Otherwise, you'll have to apply your presentation method to some specific type of data, and then try to publish in the respective journal.
