what is the best PDA phone for the buck?

I want a PDA phone that can handle wifi and has bluetooth...any suggestions? I was looking at the treo 650, but I heard that there is problems connecting with wifi. I have Verizon service.

that is not true i have a treo 650 and there is no promblem with it i have cingular
