Do everything dealing with nature! Like for example, if you want your lips to be super soft, put honey on them every night for two weeks, before bed. Man, they don't even feel like lips. No! Don't buy creams for cracked feet! I'll tell you a secret for healing them.
For healing, mix half a cup of olive oil and lemon-lime juice. Rub it on your legs and feet. After 15 minutes, wash it with warm water or rose water. You'll see the effect is wonderful.

Get about 10 asprin tablets (generic asprin actually works better in this case) and mix them with about 3 tablespoons of water until the mixture forms a paste. Spread the paste over your heels (make sure you wear gloves) and massage for about 10 minutes. Asprin is a powerful exfoliator (much more than the foot scrubs and pumice stones you find in common footwear) and this is what your heels need right now. Rinse the mixture off and apply shea butter on your heels. Cover with 100% cotton socks and relax for a few hours.

Before bed every night... Soak feet in Epsom salts. Then use a pumice stone to exfoliate. I squirt body oil right onto the pumice stone before using so that the oil gets driven right into your heels. Now partially dry off feet and apply a nice body butter and a pair of white cotton sox.
Now... the most important part~ Dr. Scholl's inserts for your shoes. Okay, I know it sounds so old... however they work! You need to cushion the landing on your heels so they don't have so much pressure. You probably walk hard on your heels, don't you? Try the inserts... they're like walking on clouds and your heels will repair in no time.
You have to do all of these things for anything to work.

After a bath or shower use a pumice stone to get the roughness and skin off the heel and hard spots. Before your feet are totally dry, rub petrolium jelly on your whole feet, don't be stingy with it. wear socks afterwards, or over night. Keep this up for a few days and you see big results. Every time you shower, always put the jelly or creams made for extra dry skin on your feet and heel. Don't walk bare feet so much, wear socks or slippers. That's one big cause of rough dry feet.

Get your feet nice and clean and very dry. Be sure to get between your toes. Rub a heavy coat of Vaseline all over them.
Wrap them in Saran rap and put socks on over that, Wear it to bed. The next morning wash feet well and rub with lotion before dressing for the day. Repeat each night and soon you'll have nice soft heels.

First, you soak them in water and olay/dove body wash. then you use a pumice stone or those things the asian girls at the salon use to srub off all the dead skin from your feet and heels. Afterwards, you rub petroleum jelly/thick lotion into your heels and either put a clean sock over them or saran wrap them for a couple hours so your heel soaks in the oil. Your feet will come out so soft!

I have the perfect stuff, it works like a charm. Last night I got a pedicure and the lady told me about this Sweedish Cream for dry skin and cracked heals. It's amazing, not really expensive 15$ for about 5.9 oz It's called CCS Foot Care Cream. You'll notice results immediatly. You apply it twice on clean feet. and your heals will feel so soft. It's really good stuff.
Thanks,

vaselene and cling film on the top and socks over the top of that
change it daily, wash and gently dry before the next vaselene
do this for 2 days after you think it has repaired bcoz skin on heel is hard and in the split is soft
you might want something like savlon creme before the vaselene on some days, rub well in

you soak your feet in plain water or water with epson salt and then use a foot file to scrub your heels to remove dead skin , then you can buy emu oil or lotion to soften your skin. You should do this at least a couple times a week to keep your heels soft.
