It depends on your body type. Hollister is definately my favorite, but you cant wear it if you aren't skinny.
The rest of my favorites go like this (most to least): A&F, AE, Pacsun, Aeropostale (eww and childish), Oldnavy (only good for little girls and flipflops)

I would have to say Old navy cause there clothes are cheap and those " popular " clothes r too expensive.
