STOP BEING SO SELF-ABSORBED. NOT EVERYTHING IS ABOUT YOU, AND YOU WILL MAKE YOURSELF SUFFER WHEN YOU INSIST ON THINKING THAT IT IS.
YOUR QUESTION IS SO COMMON (BET YOU DIDN'T CONSIDER THAT) THAT I COULD JUST CUT-AND-PASTE MY RESPONSE IF I WANTED TO (BUT I AM NOT DOOING THAT HERE).
ALL YOU PEOPLE WHO SUFFER FROM SOCIAL PHOBIAS/SOCIAL ANXIETY ALL THINK YOU ARE THE ONLY ONES WHO FEEL THE WAY YOU DO......
WHY?
IT'S BECAUSE YOU ARE SO SELF-ABSORBED AND CONSUMED WITH YOUR OWN INSECURITIES, AND YOU DON'T PAY ATTENTION TO OTHER PEOPLE'S ISSUES.

THE CURE FOR YOUR FEELING IS TO MAKE YOURSELF INTO AN EXTROVERT. YOU DO THIS BY FORCING YOURSELF TO NOTICE THINGS ABOUT OTHER PEOPLE, AND LET THEM KNOW IT. COMPLIMENTS AND QUESTIONS BUILD RAPPORT WITH PEOPLE. AND THE PEOPLE YOU BUILD RAPPORT WITH TEND TO THINK MORE HIGHLY OF YOU, AND WANT YOU AROUND. YOU WILL FEEL REALLY GOOD WHEN YOU MAKE SOMEONE'S DAY, SIMPLY BY GIVING THEM ATTENTION, FLATTERY, AND SHOWING INTEREST IN THEM.

YOU JUST HAVE TO TRY IT. IT WORKS. FORGET ABOUT YOUR PROBLEMS FOR A MINUTE. NO ONE CARES. THEY HAVE THEIR OWN PROBLEMS. NOTICE THEIR EFFORT TO LOOK GOOD, SOUND IMPORTANT, OR BE SKILLED. ASK WHAT THEY THINK ABOUT TOPICS.

PEOPLE ASSUME THAT YOU ARE UNFRIENDLY AND STANDOFFISH, WHEN WHAT YOU REALLY ARE IS SCARED OR INTIMIDATED. DECIDE TO BE THE HERO AND BREAK THE ICE. START THE RAPPORT BUILDING.

IF YOU NEED MORE IDEAS OR INFO, GO TO THE BOOKSTORE AND LOOK FOR DALE CARNEGIE BOOKS FOR SALESPEOPLE. THEY HAVE TIPS ON RAPPORT BUILDING, INFLUENCING PEOPLE, AND POLITICAL POWER (NO, NOT GOVERNMENT POLITICA).

ALSO, MAKING ACCOMPLISHMENTS BUILDS SELF ESTEEM. ACHEIVING GOALS, MASTERING SKILLS, LEARNING NEW ONES, AND TEACHING SOMEONE SOMETHING.....

AND EXERCISE KICK-STARTS SERATONIN PRODUCTION AND RELEASES ENDORPHINS. BOTH HELP YOU FEEL CALMER MENTALLY, MORE ENERGIZED, AND LESS ANXIOUS. YOU DON'T NEED ANY MEDICATIONS.

YOUR LIFE WILL STAY MISERABLE IF YOU VOLUNTEER TO BE A PROFESSIONAL VICTIM. YOU ARE THE ONLY ONE WHO CAN CHANGE THAT. LOOK AT THIS AS A CHALLENGE TO IMPROVE, OVERCOME, AND SEEK WISDOM.

I first want to say,I empathize,I have similar issues. I don't like most of the people I come in contact with and I wish I could go to a planet/island and isolate myself. I think you should speak to someone professionally,I did. Be calm,it'll be alright. Y.
