How do you get a woman you love to tell you what she likes during or before sex so that you can make her feel "good, great, or incredible" during and after. any hits would be nice. We do "play" around and she enjoys it, espicially when we kiss and i kiss her all over in such ways but i feel like shes not getting the pleasure she wants. Ladies please HELP. how can i get her to tell me or you can give me tips on places and ways. on how to increase the pleasure for here during it all.

Have you tried simply asking her what she wants? If she knows you are trying to increase her pleasure (not to make fun of her or intimidate her in any way), she will be more likely to tell you what feels good.
PS There are many nonverbal clues such as moans and groans and her body straining toward yours.

Apparently what you are doing works for her however a good time to discuss this would be when you are not in the bedroom. Also you could try massage on her and no sex first just to get a better feel for her body.
I agree with stoned midget...vibrators work wonders!
