Sure you can still have a child. It's just gonna cost you a lot of money. You can try IVF. IVF bipasses the use of the tubes. The tubes are the location of fertilization.
The egg leaves the ovary and travels to the tube. The sperm travels to the sperm, meets up with the egg and fertilization occurs. The newly fertilized eggs hangs out there for a few days and then travels to the uterus for implanation. With IVF, the egg is taken directly from your ovary, fertilized with the sperm in a lab where it grows for 3 to 5 days and the embryo is then placed into your uterus. Therefore, no tubes needed.
Unfortunately having a baby now is going to be costly and your chances are only 50%. Good Luck though.

YES but limited
A tubal reanastomosis, or tubal reversal, has several drawbacks. For one thing, it's expensive — about $10,000 — and insurance usually doesn't cover the cost. For another, the success rate depends on how long ago your tubes were tied and how they were tied.
Tubal Coagulation
Tubal coagulation is primarily used for laparoscopic tubal ligation procedures. A pair of forceps that can conduct electricity is used to grasp the fallopian tube at the appropriate point. An electrical current passes through the forceps and coagulates the blood vessels in adjoining tissue. There are two main variations on this procedure: bipolar and monopolar coagulation. Pregnancy rates following tubal reversal of bipolar coagulation are around 60 percent. Monopolar coagulation tends to damage a larger section of the fallopian tubes, and the tubal reversal pregnancy rates hover near 40 to 50 percent.

You would have to have your tubal ligation reversed. Where they cut & reattach your tubes but there are no guarantees that it will even work. It also depends how long ago you had your tubes tied.
My mother has her tubes done after 3 kids, then got remarried & wanted more with her new husband, so she had her tubes undone.
First of all they had alot of trouble concieving but after all their effort she had one tubal pregnanacy after another. Where the baby start growing in your fallopian tube. It's very dangerous. After this happend to her 4 times, the last time she was artifically inseminated with quadruplets & she came very close to dying.
Later she found out that she had excess scar tissue & even after removing it thru surgery it came back, so she had to give up her dream of having children with her new husband.
So please be careful & do your research & ask your doctors lots of questions!
I hope I could help. Good Luck!

I've heard that the chances of being able to reverse this are very slim. In fact I believe if the tubes were really cut and not just cauterized its probably not reversible. I've only heard about tubal ligation as the process of "burning" them closed.
You should call some doctor's office and just ask what you need to know.

Honey? If you had said you had your tubes tied, it could have been reversible. Now, cut and cauterized? I don't think so Honey. And why did you have that procedure done when so young? Just curious. There are a lot of babies out there needing adoptive parents, or you could go with a surrogate, your hubby's sperm, another woman...maybe a sister who would do it for you? Good luck. :(

My mom and step-mom the two have been given pregnant 4 years after having their tubes decrease, tied and burnt. I hate to assert it, yet its a threat. that's a slender threat, whether it does ensue.. purely examine out me :)
