Yes you can still get pregnant. This clear fluid is called pre-***. It is basically a lubricant, but it contains sperm cells, so be more careful. Even if he "pulls out" you can still get pregnant. Guys don't know when the pre-*** comes out either. So if you don't want to get pregnant, then you should use a condom or get on birth control pills. They take a little over a week to start working. Yes small amounts of semen with sperm remain in the mans urethra (the tube in the penis ) even after ejaculation... Small amounts of sperm can also be present prior to the main event of ejaculation..... Thus the failure of the "I'll pull out" method of birth control...

Yes that clear stuff is lubricant...aka pre ***...there is a small amount of sperm that is in the pre *** and you still run the risk of getting a girl pregnant. the best protection against an unwanted pregnancy is to use a condom or if the girl is on some kind of birth control pill/shot/or patch. unless you in a monogamous relationship i would recommend using condoms to also protect against all STDS.
