there is a nice old town in alcudia, you could visit palma cathedral, most places have go karting and some of the bars will still be open

If I were you mate I would go to Ibiza, it's a beutiful Island, with beutiful people, it doesn't matter if you are young or old as the young people love older people attending the night clubs and enjoying themselves, it also shows to our sensible and caring youngsters of today that we do care for them and that we do appreciate that there are nice young folks out there to be appreciated. All they want from people like us is to show them that we respect them as young adults and that there are a lot of very good ones amongst some idiots.
So I would go to Ibiza if I were you and mix in with the young adults, they will show you a thing or 2 about enjoying yourself.

I adore Ibiza, I am a 50 year old disabled married gentleman , Ibiza is our second home. We have had nothing more than bad experiences at Majorca in our 4 visits, ok there are good places to go, but for me, never again, Ibiza is the place to be.
PS. don't beleive what the TV shows you, I thought the same, but I was convinced to go there by my local travel agent, I am glad I went. Give it a try, If you are above 30 years of age and you want a peaceful hotel then I totally recommend the Seaview Country Club In Port Des Torrent, which beleive it or not is right at the very end of san antonio bay. It is full of Brits, no germans to pinch sunbeds, the name itself is not a Spanish name so it could be owned by one of the holiday companies here in the UK.
Beutiful new hotel very disabled friendly, wonderful staff food the lot, say no more.

Ps 2 I have just had a horrible thought, the island closes around October time but I am not sure if it is open at christmas, after me writing all this, but at least I have told you about Ibiza.

depending on where you go,most of Majorca closes down,so unless you are in an hotel there will not be much to do,the weather is warm in daytime and cold at night
