Stuggart airport in Germany. I missed the flight because I couldn't speak the language or interprete the signs. I had spent all my money and couldn't afford hotel for the night. I slept on the airport lounge, but the worse was yet to come.
The next morning, I was first on the queue only to be told in the last minute that I was in the wrong queue, and I missed the first flight again.
I dare to tell people about it, Germany is the only place you sleep at the airport and missed the flight simply because you can't speak the language. Britain is extremely lucky.

When my bf and I were trying to get from Rochester (where our van broke down) to Foxborough to see the next Grateful Dead show which we had tickets for, we tried hitch-hiking. Anyways, this strange guy with his kid picked us up in his truck and since it was obvious that we weren't going to reach our destination in time he offered us a place to sleep for the night before we headed back to our van to await repairs. So the guy lived in this out of the way place but with 3 or 4 homes on the same lot. We got to sleep in his little camper (by ourselves). The weird part was that he told us that if we hear any shooting in the night, not to worry because some people had been syphoning gas from their vehicles.

I spent the night on a trampoline at my friends house. Her parents locked us out and said that they weren't getting up until the morning so I was stuck sleeping on a trampoline with woods around. It was kind of scary.

At my house once...it was horrible....I did not want to but the bad stuff started happening at midnight so i could not ask one of my firends if i could spent the night at there house.

At a dental office! It was a long night drinking and a really long drive back home so I just went to work extra early. lol.....I haven't thought about that in a long time.

on the Mediterreanean coast of Turkey in a city called Antalya on the beach because we got too drunk to walk back to my friend's apartment. we woke up to russian tourists cursing at us.
