I read over and over again from those who proudly profess their liberal leaning that the economy is bad...look what the repubs have done to it....are you libs in another dimension? You're enjoying the best economy in years, lowest unemployment, almost record high Dow...or is your irrational hatred of Bush blinding your judgement and reality? Are you jealous that Repub tax cuts are working and putting more $'s in your pockets and giving more people jobs?...I don't get it!!!!

Be careful to believe the polls. The unemployemnt rate is reportedly down for many reasons. The people who are not eligible for unemployment benefits do not get counted. The people who have exhausted their unemployment benfits do not get counted. There are many other things wrong with this rating too. How about the guys who loose their jobs because of all of the closings of factories, businesses etc and the workers who were making a decent salary or wage end up getting another job but it may be at Walmart for $6.00 hour or something like that, these people are working but they have become the working poor and they have families to support and bills to pay. The polls show that spending is up, that is flawed too. The spending is up because people are broke and they are charging more and more on credit cards. Strangely enough, the truth is when economics get bad in society, people often spend more money and do that by charging it all with no real way to pay it off in the future. There are many reasons I could explain to you why this is, if I could talk with you. The fact you mention about accusing the American public for hating Bush, has nothing to do with the economy. Many do like Bush and many do not like Bush. Regardless of who you like or do not like the facts are still the facts. The tax cuts are just a quick fix that makes the governement look sweet. It is like putting a bandaid on a major, infected wound. It justs hides and ignores the problem, it makes things look good for the time being, but meanwhile under that bandaid or under that pretty little tax cut, the problem is worsening. The wound worsens, like the economy worsens because we have not did anything to help the problem, in fact what was done actually impedes the problem from resolution. If you disagree, the next time you get an injury let me place a great big pretty cover over it and hand you a sucker and tell you how much I helped you and when you end up loosing your arm and leg, You decide why that is, and why you are thinking about it, I will keep on telling evryone that gee I really fixed the problem, you must not be telling the truth. You see the Democrtas are getting accussed of not telling the truth but the fact is the Republicans have placed a big bandaid on the problems and tried to bribe the Americans with a tastey lollipop, and some have become what they have ate. Suckers. I say lets put aside Republican and Democrat stereotype talking and thinking. I have been a member of both parties at different periods of my life. We should all examine the issues and not the parties. We need to mature in our political thinking. Just as saying and thinking things like All blacks, All women, All men, All Democrats etc...it is ignorant, self defeating and impedes good results. Let us take a look under the bandaid. Let us take an objective look at the facts, the truth and work together for the good of the country and the people. The government is of the people, by the people and for the people. It is not an agency that tells us, we are the people, they work for us, it is time we do our job and we control what is said and done. WE need to ban together, stop the immature slamming and fighting and pull this country together. United we stand as a people. Divided on issues and arguments we fall as a people. I do not know about you, but I think we need to come together in words and actions. Divisions and slams are the exact thing that divides the country. We can all have a positive effect on the outcome. We need to start one person at a time. The next time you want to blurt out your opinions and ideas. Take a minute to think. You have the right to think and feel anything you want, but you need to be accountable for how your words and actions effect the world. Political maturity is taking the high road. Instead of sitting and complaining, we strive to be creative and turn things around to bring people together on issues and better society. This means we need to respect each other and come to a place where we can think, talk and act as reasonable & responsible adults. We all have a vison of having a peaceful world, good economy, and nice place to live. So lets find a way that we can have a resolution of a win-win results.

The Weak Sisters learned the power of The Big Lie during the time of that evil empire they loved so much, the Soviet Union.

The Big Lie is simply telling the same lie over and over again in the hope (usually realized) that the morons out there will consider it the truth 'cause they hear it so much.

This was a VERY popular approach during the Clinton administration. That crowd lied so much they had trouble keeping them straight!

It's hatred that festers in them. This is one of the best economies in U.S. history and they hate it...I love that. I sometimes wonder if liberals secretly hope for our country's collapse. Then they could blame Bush, just like they blame him for everything else from the weather to....well just about every problem under the sun. The hate is so vile and disgusting to me, it would be almost funny, if it weren't so repugnant.

"If liberals had their way- the US would look like California. There would be high taxes, businesses leaving, unaffordable living, soaring spending on social programs, entitlements for illegal immigrants and lack of development of energy resources."

You, obviously don't live in Michigan. I don't see how the tax cuts have benefited me at all. All of the money that goes into my pocket goes right into the fuel coffers. so yeah great job GOP, great job.

Liberals are just not wired to give credit to Republican successes. I think they were deprived of oxygen during their mother's failed abortion attempt!
