I am low on money so i cant go out and buy a cleaner. Please help!

Boil water and place the dvd/cd in a bowl for approximately 3 minutes. It really works!

If you can't afford a cd/dvd cleaner like myself, then the best way I figured out was to use rubbing alcohal and a soft paper towel and rub from the inner circle outwards as you are rotating the disc. Never rub in circle as you could scratch the disc.

Car wax. Rub it on gently, let it dry then rub it off gently. It really works. I use it.

Water ... cloth that doesn't produce flint ... wipe from center out ... DO NOT wipe in circular motion.
