lol funny - I have an extra one I'll sell to you. I only take Chocolate chip cookies as payment, and a snowman would be a nice tip.

I will build your weather machine but I will need an amplifier, some tin foil and a super nintendo

Will get round to it when I am finished with time travel.

That is, unless I create some sort of paradox which causes this conversation to never happen.

I need a lay down now

Although this is supposed to be a goofy question, there have been some successful experiments in weather manipulation. Cloud seeding is the process of using dry ice to make the water in a cloud condense around it and begin to rain . The first successful cloud seeding experiment was in 1946, when a plane flew dry ice into a cloud and snow began to fall. The Chinese have been firing silver iodide into clouds causing them to rain for purposes of farming, fire control, and preventing rainfall at the olympics.

I can't. Hey how about a snow globe?!?! No? Ok.
Ask the weather man to say it's gonna snow, maybe then it'll snow.

I have a devise that predicts the weather.
It is a round rock.
You put it outside.
If it is wet...it is raining
if it is white...it is snowing
if it is hot, the sun is outside.
