I just replaced all the bulbs in my car and the fuses appear fine. If it's a fuse problem, how much will that cost me at a auto-repair shop such as firestone or at the dealership?

Put a new flasher on the back side of the fuse board Just a regular duty flasher from auto supply will work.

Usually a stays on means you have resistance in the wire issues with the turn signals or the flasher is going out...

Take it to a shop for proper diagnosis but that explorer (depending upon the year) sometimes uses one that is square compared to the normal round ones you see at the auto part stores...

also some of the explorers had turn signal switch issues causing weird problems such as this....

Replace the flasher unit with a heavy duty one. It's probably up under the dash, listen for it when it's working. Tin looking round thing, with 3 prongs that plug into a plug.

Don't think the model matters. You have a short. Same thing happen to me, and being female I took it to a garage. Cost me like
$20 to get it repaired.
