Of course, have her take a pregnancy test and for you to see it! She might not want to tell you yet, find out what she is like from ex-boyfriens or other people, she might be trying to keep you around!

its possible shes saying that to either get a reaction out of you, to see how youll take it (if you would be supportive or not) and shes not really pregnant, just thinking to herself..."well, if i were pregnant someday, would this be the guy that would support me, or run from commitment and fear of this?"
also she could really be pregnant and afraid to come right out and say it for fear of rejection. either way, the next time she brings it up you should have a long talk with her and let her know how you really feel so shell know if you support it or not and shell stop the joking about it if shes not really pregnant. she oviously feels insecure about this baby stuff for some reason, so you two need to talk.
