Flip one switch and come back in 3 months and flip another. Then come back 3 months later and flip the 3rd.

Then enter the room and watch the order the bulbs burn out, the first one corresponds to the first switch you flipped (and so on)

but this would require camping out in a windowless room for upwards of 6 months.

Someone could flip the switches for you. You didn't say you have to be alone. You go into the room, the door will be open, have someone flip a switch and you take note of what bulb comes on and continue with the other two switches. I don't know.............
I think BlueJulie has the right answer.

Turn on a switch and leave it on for a few minutes. Then turn the switch off and turn a second one one. When you go into the room, feel for which lightbulb is warm, and that lightbulb is connected to the first switch.

Turn on the first switch for a minute. Then turn it off. Turn on the second switch. Enter the room. Note which light bult is on. That is the second switch. Note which one is off, but hot. That is the first switch. The cold light bulb will be the third switch.
