They falsely accused me of abuse (money; & said I had sex with her in her and beat her). ALL LIES - as those evil persons who hold power have used this to take my Mothers life (by putting her in a nursing home & seperating us not allowing us to talk) & take all of her assets. Did pay a lawyer $5000.00 dollars & he never came to court causing my mother to be lost in 'the system'. I LOVE MY MOTHER & NEED HELP.

You need to get a new lawyer to explain to the court that your old lawyer was incompetent and get your money back from his as well.
Someone must have made an elder abuse complaint alledging these things.
Your lawyer needs to compel the state to conduct a PROPER investigation.
The best place for your mom might be a nursing home, but it should be of your choice with you as a visitor.

First of all, I would talk to another lawyer about suing the first lawyer for malpractice because if you paid him and he did not show causing you to loose the case, that is malpractice, and you can sue him. Second, get this lawyer to also help you locate your mother and appeal the first case. All he will have to show is that the first lawyer was incompetant and that you had grounds for a case. If you have enough evidence backing yourself up another and BETTER lawyer can help you. Just make sure you find a better one. I hope this helps.

If they said you had sex with her and did it in writing or you have a witness you can sue them for slander, libel, and defamation of character. If your lawyer never showed up that is legal malpractice and you can sue him/her. It sounds like you need to get help from outside of your area, and it is time to call in any "big guns" friends that you know. Good luck to you if you are telling the truth - I have no way of knowing from this end.
