I have those too!!
The doctor i spoke to says its to do with dry skin so moisturising is the key!!
I have got rid of nearly all of mine by covering myself with baby oil as soon as i get out the bath (before drying) and then patting myself dry with a soft towel .......hope this helps!!!

Hair caught in bumps?
I would try Silicea, a homeopathic remedy. Taken for a long time. This refines the skin ans purifies it.
I would use a dropper bottle full of purified water, pop 2-4 pills in it, take 1 drop (can a bit more, but nor necessary) every few minutes, then less and less often, but at least 5 times a day. You may not see any changes for some time, for if Silicea is lacking, it is lacking everywhere in the body! And the more important areas are filled first.
Otherwise, you could use Dishah Color MedicineTM, color Turquoise. You may want to check with http://www.biochakra.com on how to do it. See Cosmic LeafTM No. 2 on how to use Dinshah Color MedicineTM ($3 for downloading).
Wishing you success,
cordially, India.Magica

You need to see a dermatologist (an MD who specializes in skin care). It sounds like you have a skin condition that is not going to be cured by over-the-counter medicines or natural remedies.
Be sure not to scratch or pick at the bumps because it may leave scars. If you've ever seen people with pock-marked faces, that's what happened to them. That will motivate you to stay away from scratching.

I know EXACTLY how you feel. I had them all over the top of my arms, then they spreaded to my thighs. I have tried a loofah and some body scrub. You need to scrub the bumps well. They take a while to go away but with regular scrubbing, they will eventually go away. Dont buy cheap scrubs as these are not effective.Try St.Ives.

Try St. Ives Apricot Scrub. It exfoliates away the dead skin cells which may be causing those bumps. If this doesn't work and it really bothers you, you might want to see a dermatologist. Good luck!

I also had these on my upper arms, upper thighs and bum. I hated them and used to scratch them until they turned into scabs, it was horrid. They have gone now (came when I was 16, went when I was 22) but I don't know why and sometimes have them on my upper arms at the back. Will be watching your question, glad I am not the only one!!!
