In very rare cases problems occur during development that mean someone has both sets of sexual organs, it's called hermaphroditism

If you were a boy at birth and your not taking hormones you wouldn't have breast's. A females body produces an amount of testosterone. So maybe yours just produces a bit more giving you a hairy chest.

Some girls are tom-boys that's not that unusual. Some girls have adams apples it's just a common myth. look at a girl with a skinny neck sometimes.

If you are taking estrogen and all that then ya maybe you were born a boy.
But if your not, except yourself for who you are. If your bi-sexual then that's cool just don't try to delude yourself.

Get an appointment with a specialist soon. You need someone who regularly works with issues like you are presenting. An ER doctor would not be especially well qualified.

While you're dealing with this, be sure to consider counseling and/or a support group. You don't want to take this on alone.

absolutely, have a dna test.some people have an ambiguous appearance at birth, seem to be male, but its a hormonal enlargement of female area.inside, they have ovaries.at puberty, these genetic women, formerly assumed to be male, grow breasts.also, some males experience"gynomastia",an enlargement of breasts.they are male, but theres a hormonal imbalance.ur not alone, many people have ambiguous gender,ur course of action is to have a dna test, and a full hormonal work-up.also,psychological counseling might be helpful if u feel confused and upset .talk to ur parents, and see a dr,and discuss ur observations and feelings.this will help u.good luck!source-former nurse.(2 boys i knew in school, twins, turned out to be female ,which was not apparent till they were 14.)ps-please disregard the rude/insensitive things immature people, probably kids, wrote to u here.u need emotional support at this time, please seek proffessional, medical assistance.take care, and be strong.

Your doctor would know best. It is very possible that you may be a hermaphodite. (both genders)

Talk to your doctor. There are support groups and other resources to help people cope with such things.

Or you may have a hormone imbalance.

I told them that they should do a DNA test before they issue an avatar.
