haha, my experience = blushed and kinda ran off trying to hide it.
just say what's on your mind, unless it involves babbling or saying something random like "cheese graters", which I highly doubt would come out into your mind at this kind of moment. otherwise, saying anything would practically work.

I don't say anything. My boyfriend bows on one knee, kisses my hand and I smile and we go crazy dancing to the next fast song. :)
