first you must drain the well infront of the wind mill. You do that by going to the music guy in the wind mill (when your an adult) and talking to him. He will give you a song that makes it rain. Then you come back to him when you are a little kid and play the song infront of him. He will get really mad, the spinning wooden thingy in the middle of the room will start spinning faster, and the well will then be drained. Go into the well, and it will appear to be empty and useless. But REALLY right beside the skeleton thing that Navie (sp?) the fairy turns green to has a secret wall beside it. you can walk right through the wall and you'll be in a dungeon. I don't know exactly where it is, but somewhere in the dungeon there is a treasure chest with the Eyes of Truth in it! Hope i was of some help!!

She's right, it is in the well. I think (if I am remembering right) that you can only get it as a child. Good luck!
