I've had my RIO for 9 months, then all the sudden it doesn't work. so i really need a new one, being a BIG music listener. I want one under $100. it REALLY needs to be 2GB. i'm looking at the SanDisk Sansa c150 2GB mp3 player. if you have it, could you tell me wether it's worth the money?

I wouldn't go with ipod- I have heard many bad things about them- the hard drives break and can't be repaired, batteries wear out, etc. I got a 1 GB creative labs zen nano for under $70...I really like it; if you can find one, I would go for it.

Rio is great, for under $100 i have nothing to recomend you. You might one to step it up a little and buy an ipod nano 2gb for $150.00. You will have more features such as checking your pictures, calendar, games, notes, clock and stopwatch. Check amazon.com, they don't charge taxes to CA residents.
