Is there a medical justification for a man to change his underpants everyday?

As children we are told to change underpants everyday. Women secrete. But if a man does not suffer from incontinence or anal leakage, is it really necessary?

If you are going to wear underwear, i would reccommend changing them at least everyday, if it's hot out, change them twice a day. If for no other reason than if a woman goes to take them off with her teeth they are going to stink like two-day old crotch sweat. not cool.

at the same time as i changed into in school we had a contest to work out how lengthy lets bypass with out replacing. The winner made it to 26 days. fairly kool! ought to admit i'm a on a daily basis guy now yet wondering about it...................?

not sure whether it is a doctor's recommendation or if there is any medical justification. I just hope that you wiped yourself good and proper, I wouldn't want you to have hairs sticking to your unmentionables.

Well you can get at least 4 days out of them,,wear the right way,,then turn back to front,,next day turn inside out,,,next day turn back to front again,,,,,,,,no probs !!!!
